Terms & Conditions for booking camping Pitches
Online Booking Conditions
Cancellation policy:
Bookings made more than 21 days prior to the date of arrival

A deposit of £50 is required at the point of booking.

You may cancel your booking within 7 days of booking free of charge and deposits will be returned. Thereafter, deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred in the event that you reschedule your booking to another date within the same calendar year

Outstanding balances must be paid 14 days prior to your arrival date or the booking will be cancelled.

If you cancel your booking 14 days or less prior to your due arrival date we will not refund any charges paid but will allow you to reschedule your booking to another date within the same calendar year.

if you cancel your booking 3 days or less before your due arrival date no fees will be returned and we will not permit rescheduling.

After making your booking you may cancel free of charge up until 14 days before your date of arrival when the full balance payment must be made or the booking will be cancelled.

Payment of the full amount will be required at the point of booking.

Within 4 days of making your booking you may cancel free of charge except for cancellations made 3 days or less prior to your due arrival date.

If you cancel your booking after the 4 day cooling off period, we will not refund any charges paid but will allow you to reschedule your booking to another date within the same calendar year.

if you cancel your booking 3 days or less before your due arrival date no fees will be returned and we will not permit rescheduling.
Where rescheduling is an option, if there are no suitable alternative dates or no availability we will, after deduction of the deposit, offer a 50% refund of paid charges.
General Conditions

In the event of forced closure of the park all paid charges will be returned.

Arrival times are midday – 9pm

Pitches must be vacated before 11am on the day of your departure.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking where the group size or size of unit is found to have been mis-represented.

Any units that are deemed too big for our pitches as described on the website & booking pages will not be allowed to set up on the park. Please do not book unless you know the outline footprint of your set up. Spider tents or similar must be squared off to calculate the footprint.

In the event that bad weather restricts the use of our camping fields, we reserve the right to offer you the next best available pitch whether with EHU or not.

Gazebos / event shelters are not bookable in advance.We will assess whether the erection of a gazebo / event shelter is appropriate once your unit is in-situ and this will be judged against reasonable minimum spacing requirements and the model standards and guidelines issued by our Licensing Authority and local Environmental Health Department.

If permitted, Gazebos / event shelters (max 4mx4m) will be charged at a rate of £10 per night.

We don’t guarantee that second vehicles can park next to your unit and will only be permitted to do so provided either your pitch can accommodate this and/or access tracks around the fields are not obstructed.

You must book a pitch that is appropriate in size to the unit you are bringing to the site.
